This one is for an expansion of the Fitness Centre 6.90.224.F.CROWND single storey extension to West elevation of building 17. Recent plans for upgrading security and expansion of infrastructure anticipate large increase in personnel numbers. I am just about to complain about the state of the sewage works... And re: the proposed public address system to warn station personnel in the event of an emergency...what do they plan for the people living locally? (that includes Otley and Harrogate). The Parliamentary Security and Intelligence Committee Report of last week recognised that there could be 'collateral damage' to the people of the UK from attacks on US targets... What are the local authority Emergency Planning Departments doing about it? Perhaps the government should reissue 'Protect and Survive'.
